Integral type transformer with spot welding guns is designed to minimize transformer rating and hence the power saving.These guns are for high speed production of metal fabrication shop like, automobile bodies and sub assemblies, refrigeration, solar equipment etc.
Transformer Rating: 30, 40 50KVA
Type: portable suspension type spot welding guns with built in integral type transformer, incorporates pneumatic accessories, completely assembled and ready for operation.
The arms material is generally as per RWMA type class 2 or 3.
Suspension Systems: system supplied as per customer requirement. Standard item including spring balance and wheeled trolly.
Cooling System: transformer and welding guns are water cooled. Interconnecting hoses within the assembly are provided.
Welding Transformer: Transformer is of special design class F insulted built with high efficient core material as per ISI.
Welding guns: Guns are of various type such as ‘C’ type, scissor type pneumatically operated, of various throat depth and throat clearance supplied depending on geometry of the job.
Throat depth and clearance: Throat depth 250mm to 750mm, Throat clearance 180mm to 400mm
Throat opening: Two stage operation one for major operation for loading and unloading of guns from job and second for weld stroke operation during welding for faster weld operation.
Weld initiation: By means of thump switch provided on the gun handle.
Electronic control: Microprocessor based electronic controller with heavy duty water cooled thyristor unit mounted in separated control combined floor monted.
